I was greeted, wow, that is rare now days. He asked if I wanted a breakfast sandwich. No thank you, just coffee. The woman showed me the coffee and cappuccino, small and large cups, a helpfulness that I never see. And yes, the coffee was very good.

Good local spot for a quick sandwich and snacks and anything else when your close to the beach . Same owners for a long time and that makes the difference!

Great little store! They also have a full breakfast and lunch menu, and the food is delicious. The store owners are the best and they always have a little treat for my dog :)

Stumbled on this place while being in the area for work 2-3 months ago. Came back for a 2nd time since I was in the area. Philly cheesesteak. 10/10 staff always super friendly

This corner store is an absolute gem. The service is always friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Every time I stop in, I’m greeted with a smile and treated like a regular. On top of that, the food is amazing. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and way better than you’d expect from a small neighborhood spot. It’s one of those places you stop by for something quick and end up coming back to again and again. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth checking out. Great people and great food — you can’t beat that combination.

I walked in with a friendly demeanor and gave my usual morning greeting, “ morning guys!” The man working there was very nice and said good morning back. I found that to be a breath of fresh air nowadays. He offered me a sandwich. I hosted wanted a soda but will be considering this place. As I left, an another customer walked in, and I overheard him say “Good morning guys!” And I knew this was the place for me. Looks like the sandwich selection is good to choose from and the prices range from 10-13 dollars. That’s affordable in today’s market.

Great experience in here. Came in for a quick drink, lots of beach front selections available. Fatima was welcoming and friendly, very proud of their storefront. A testament to our nation's foundations! Homemade baklava that was amazing! And off menu protein bowls for cutting carbs. Definitely going bk

So much more than just a corner store! Love it here! Always excited to see what delicious treats are there. The sandwiches are always great when you want something easy and actually fresh! Love the service!

Good fast food. Excellent local vibe. Fatima makes the meal! I had a double egg and cheese bacon sandwich so did my wife. Everything I serve fast with a smile. Best buy catch up on some local local info the tourists never normally get.
